If you get the ECU re-flashed will you lose all the ability to switch engine modes, traction control, etc?
Do you just end up with the one setup after the re-flash and how does that affect what mode is displayed then?
I like the ability to tune it down if caught in the rain but really want to have it flashed to release the beast ..... LOL

Don't expect a beast after the ECU flash as it will only add maybe 5-7 hp. The real benefit of the ECU flash is a better, cooler running engine, and better/smoother throttle response.
I am also changing the exhaust and air filter so hope to get a little more but mainly the top end.

Anyone use Superbike Unlimited? They claim to be number 1 and honestly the only one that has answered my emails?

Before I send out the ECU I was thinking while I have the bike all apart do I go ahead and remove the stock header and knock out the CAT and have them tune for that or is there really any advantage other than more sound? I have the Akrapovic slip on ,Mid pipe, K&N filter and Block off plates coming next week? Is it gonna be worth it to knock out the Cat for the Flash or just leave it? ... Thanks!

Just to give you another option I have the exact same setup as you on my 2021 zx6r. Ackapovic slipon and mid pipe. Highflow air filter and graves block off plates. I just received my ecu back from Two wheel dynoworks and their tune and mapping really made my bike come alive with the components listed. I'm also getting better fuel mileage and better throttle response as well. We'll worth the $250 spent.
After you installed the Block Off plates what did you do with the electric plug for for the Smog pump? Tape it up?

Got the Akrapovic with the mid pipe on the way. Got the K&N filter and just sent my ECU to Moore Mafia today. Going to install the Block off plates while I have it apart. I can't wait for the results!

You can unplug the 02 sensor and leave it in the header or remove altogether. That's up to you. It was recommended to unplug the 02 sensor. I know some don't do it but I did as recommended.
Plan on unplugging it and leave it in the header if I can find the plug end?
So far I haven't been able to trace it to find the actual plug.

Got the Exhaust installed along with the Air Filter and disconnected the O2 sensor, Now waiting on the ECU to get back!
Hopefully will get it back together this weekend! I can't wait to hear it and get back on the road!

All back together!
A little hiccup right of idle but I may have my idle set too low. Other than that it rips. So smooth now!
I can tell the front end comes up much easier now and surprised it is not as loud as I expected but sounds fantastic
Finally got rid of that annoying engine braking, let off the throttle slightly and it doesn't want to slow down.
Only got to go a few miles before the rain set in but so far (crossed fingers) no engine lights!
very happy and will give more results once I can ride it more!

Do you have the dB killer installed in your silencer? I believe there is a bolt on the side of the silencer, and you can remove that dB killer. I think they are pre-installed from the factory.
I took that thing out before I even installed it on the bike! ...... LOL

Lol. Hey what screw size did you order to replace the front fender reflectors?
I ordered the OEM bolts but you can also use the Black ones from the OEM exhaust from the pipe guards, just make sure to use the plastic washers on the fender.

After about 100 miles the bike feels about the same until around 12000 rpms then it really screams. So far no check engine light so I think I'm good! Haven't had a chance for top speed run but have already eclipsed the old top speed just messing around. Very little engine braking now and I love the quick shifter adjustment! Very happy with the results and can imagine once the header gets replaced it will be even more.
