Its more of a titanium crossed with copper, with brown added. But whoooo cares, its not that bad.

dude, if you want black covers, why don't you just pain them, i think the look good, everyone uses black and silver bolt and i think it looks unsightly, kawa copperish brown and gold ish bolts class i think

 

I like the brown, sets it off nicely imho. Black engine covers just look kinda basic/cheap in some applications.

i dont understand this, i really really like how that color looks on those covers, i allways thought that was one (of many) good feature of kawi bikes

 

i ran across a web site where you can get at least the clutch cover in carbon fiber. kinda pricey...i will try and find it again and post it in here. i didnt happen to notice if the other cover was in there, but i will check.

they are made of magnesium and the brown color is what they use to "show off" their use of this light weight alloy.

I dont like the color either, have your covers chromed.

 

Hi Folks, I am planning to replace my rear tire from 180 to 190. Will this affect the ride of my 636? How about the front tire from 165 to 170?

My friend also thinking of replacing his FRONT TIRE from the original 120/65/17 to 120/60/17 but will maintain the rear size of his tire. What will be the effect in his 636?

Aside from the tire specs:
Front: 120/65
Rear: 180

What size of both front and rear tires are advisable in case there is no available size (specs) in the region.:rant
