Did an engine swap on my Zx6r but the new engine is only running on cylinder 1 and 2. Only 2 pipes on 1 side of the header get hot. I’m thinking it could be a sensor or something i forgot to plug in, I know for sure all spark plugs are firing. It’s like the other 2 cylinders aren’t getting fuel.

Jesus dude... why?

Did you change the ECU and wiring harness as well?

Totally different engines from 07 to 09 and if you didn't replace the electronics as well.... then.... Not really a mystery why it's not working.

Maybe help us all out and give us the entire story.

What year is the motorcycle?

What year is the engine you're trying to stuff into said motorcycle?

Was there an '09 engine in it before you threw an '09 engine into an '07 frame?

Where do you buy your weed?

Is the weed any good?

Don't answer that last one.... it's obviously REALLY fucking good.

I found the problem there’s 2 cracks on the exhaust where it connects to the engine I’ll try and weld it or just buy a new header

cracks in the header or even yanking the header off completely isn't going to make it not run on a cylinder or two or even 3 cylinders....... So that, while a problem to address, is not why your bike does not run properly!

Stupid people say stupid things on the internet, so be wary of who those people are. If you solicit advice on the internet, just keep in mind 99% of what you'll receive is not based on fact or science-and likely atleast 95% of it is based on bullshit and bravado regurgitated from some other schlub who also did not experience any of what they claim and are also full of shit. If you don't like my bluntness- too bad. I am not here to please you, so move along, your approval is not desired nor is it needed. So before opening your pie hole and adding more stupidity, perhaps sit back, listen, absorb and learn something. You know that saying, it is better to remain silent and thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt!
