Zx6r 06 overheating issue?

So, I started riding the bike after being gone doing army stuffs. Rode the bike yesterday and took it on the highway did some pulls. Fast forward about an hour later it starts to buck at around 8k rpm. I think "okay my top injectors are dirty" so I switch them out really quick and go back riding. It does the same thing but this time it shuts off randomly (almost like an ECU overheating) so I pull my bike into my garage and test it out. Let the bike idle until it shuts off. I then remove the ECU from underneath my seat and hold it out where it can get free air. And it didn't shut off and would rev to Max. Anybody ever see an ECU overheat and it not need time to "cool" down? When mine did it before it would cut out and I'd have to wait like 30min to get another 10 min of riding in. Also could it be affecting my rev limits? (Not actually but won't let it rev past 8k?)
Sorry to bother you guys again. Really appreciate your help.

Also, it would not rev past 8k even if I pulled in the clutch and/or was in neutral. (eliminating the kickstand issue I read a few posts on) bike temps were around 200 on a very very hot day.

Going to test the ECU with a different one and see if that changes anything

So it still did it, it is weird because it will let me rev up past 8k for the first 15-20 min now. Then it falls on its face. Also, if I turn the key off and turn it back on it will let me rev for a while and do the same thing. If I flutter the throttle it will let me rev all the way out but if I'm 100% throttle it wants to buck Also when this is happening it pops on decel (never pops) so I'm thinking something to do with fuel delivery or spark plugs

Took the gas cap off while riding to see if maybe somehow it was suction but still nothing

I had replaced the spark plugs, coils and tank before this happened as well as fuel pump.

Long shot but check your vacuum hoses for any leaks. I had an issue when I failed to reconnect a vacuum line and she would stop right around 8-9k and fall flat on it's face too. RJ had a good idea to use WD-40 and spray around the boots/vacuum hoses and see if the exhaust spits out some white smoke. IF it does, you're sucking in the WD-40 and have a vacuum leak. Otherwise, no clue what could be electronically wrong if you tried two different ECUs and it didnt fix the problem

I tend to get things right on the second attempt

Tearing it down again today, will do the wd40 trick to see what it is doing, went through it yesterday and all the vacuum hoses were good and on but could have a crack in one I didn't see. Appreciate the help, my only thoughts are that maybe a plug isn't torqued to spec and it is causing intermittent misfire? Other weird thing is on idle it isn't a smooth idle. It bounces about 150rpm until about 175f then it smooths over but sounds like 1 cylinder misses every 20 seconds or so

Well, unplugged my power commander and that hesitation on idle stopped. Weird.

Update-

Road around for a while today and it didn't hesitate, lurch, or anything. So I'm assuming my power commander was bad. One thing I noticed with my powercommander was my tps sensor was going from 0 to 6% apparently the fix for that is to ground the tps sensor with the powercommander? Any advice on that? Or think my power commander is shot?

Welp, the issue persists. Went on a 3 hour ride the other day and it started feeling Bucky at around 10k rpm. Didn't shut off tho. It's so weird because it will run fine if I turn the bike off then back on

Tested the coils and all are in spec. Going to try to jump the kickstand next and see if that changes anything. If it does I know what it is.

Any ideas other than kickstand? Got a new fuel pump, got new throttle bodies, got a different ECU all still buck after 20 minutes of riding

If you saw odd numbers from the TPS, have you done the checkup out of the shop manual on it?
