Zx6r 06 issue.. again..

Hey guys back again unfortunately. A little confused by this. Bike ran great and all of a sudden the bike if at full throttle will big down past 12-13k. If I loosen up on the throttle say 80% instead of 100 it will reach redline otherwise it will not. On the way back from my fun I pulled up to a red light and it instantly cut off. Turned the key off then back on and it fired right up. Drove it and it back fired (odd?) And lost power. Let off the throttle and rolled back on and it ran fine. Any ideas? No FI codes, fuel pump primes and shoots gas out if unplugged as it usually does. Also when I first start the bike the idle will jump between 1k to 1.5k until it reaches about 152F. Then it will settle in. (normal cold start?) This happens in all tempratures and humidity. My first thought was a vacuum leak. Checked all of that then checked my spark plugs (new) and my coils (also new) and all are in the usable range via the manual. Disconnected my power commander and it runs pretty much the same thing.

Mods
Full exhaust- leo Vince
K and n air filter
Dyno tuned
Power commander 3

My guess would be fuel delivery..... Possibly the filter or screen is partially blocked on the pump.

When were the valves adjusted last? How many miles on the bike?

Valves adjusted in off-season. About 22k on the bike. Checked the fuel pump and nothing is clogged or looks any different..

You haven't mentioned checking for codes?

You took it apart or simply looked at it externally

woohoo we are having fun now
Stupid people say stupid things on the internet, so be wary of who those people are. If you solicit advice on the internet, just keep in mind 99% of what you'll receive is not based on fact or science-and likely atleast 95% of it is based on bullshit and bravado regurgitated from some other schlub who also did not experience any of what they claim and are also full of shit. If you don't like my bluntness- too bad. I am not here to please you, so move along, your approval is not desired nor is it needed. So before opening your pie hole and adding more stupidity, perhaps sit back, listen, absorb and learn something. You know that saying, it is better to remain silent and thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt!

I took it out of the gas tank and checked the filter. I also checked the air filter. Everything looked pretty clean.

It seems like a fuel issue to me. Maybe my pump is over heating? The tank vacuum is good. I can blow through the hose with the gas cap off without any issue and I can take the gas cap off without the any resistance.

Gonna go through it again tonight. Make sure everything is on boot wise and throttle boots in. Also ran sea foam through it a gas tank ago 😅

Well just took the tank off and the fuel line off and it seems like it isn't pumping right (even though it was) with gas line off and key turned it maybe will spray one inch of stream. It used to spray a foot at least.
