It probably has the baffle installed. It's just one screw to remove and carefully slide it out. It has to be pulled out as straight as possible or it tends to bind.

If it's ONLY a slip-on then it's not going to be that much louder.

Look at the tip of the exhaust, there should be a small screw, undo that and that inner baffle should come out if you pull it straight out, that'll make it louder.

Looks like the baffle has been removed already, you probably still have the pre chamber box on there.

The pre chamber box is that big ugly thing between the headers and the pipe, it's probably what makes your exhaust quieter.
If your bike came with the akrapovic installed, you can get a mid pipe like this one on mine.

Post a pic of your bike so we can see it.

Well looks like a high mount exhaust too. High mounts(connected at the rear passenger peg) are generally quieter to the comparatively shorter “shorty” exhaust system because the exhaust gasses/noise have a longer passage way to travel through. Which Akrapovic did you get?

2013 ZX-6R
Hindle Exhaust(Can), SHOGUN FS, ASV shorty levers, Renthal C/O, BMC Airfilter,
2017 FZ-09(Street Queen). Akra Exhaust, Woodcraft everything else.

First off I didn’t know they made that color for 2019. Looks sharp! I have the all black one.
Now your exhaust probably sounds way better than stock so you should be happy about that. Yes it’s still nothing like an M4 or a Graves. Why? Well those two are low mounts and they deleted the prechamber and the exhaust valve. The only thing you can do to make it louder is disable the exhaust valve but you will need a servo buddy or your check engine light will come on. If you don’t do that then just wait. Your exhaust will brake in as you ride it and thus make it a litter louder.
A little back round on dealerships installing exhausts is that they still need to comply with local laws. The aftermarket exhaust you got was made to conform to them. You can get a race only exhaust but the cops won’t like you but it will sure as hell be a symphony to listen to.
Ride safe and you will love the bike.

Heck... Even if he got the full exhaust, I did find the Akrapovic to be relatively quiet compared to other exhaust offerings. It has a good deep tone and harmony, but not attention grabbing loud.
