hey i live in malta where the temp goes from 2 to 42 degrees though the year and has a lot of rainfall in winter. i do not go to any race tracks i plan to use the bike for day to day use. the thing is the roads are worst in europe meaning there is no grip in the real heat or rain. any advice would be great thanks in advance.

I have been very happy with Metzler tyres on many of the motorcycles I have owned over the past 30 years. As you are not going to run for sustained periods at speeds greater than that equalling 70 MPH, you can use standard street tyres and not suffer for it.
