The shop manual for your bike should say what coolant temperature should start the fan.

There is a relay to switch it on.

Some part of that chain is broken.

The temperature sensor sends a signal to the ECU. Since you get a temp reading, we can presume that part works.

The ECU should have a command signal that should energize the coil of the relay, to close the power lead to the fan motor.

The fan motor will not run, unless the other side of the motor completes the circuit. It must make a connection with the other pole of the battery.

The relay may be bad. The command signal from the ECU may be blocked. The ground connection may be corroded.

Clean off any corrosion on all of the electrical connections. Rust has resistance. That stops current from flowing. Make sure the ground connection is just as clean.

Knob on cable hanging off left side of bike. Screw in to speed up. Do you know how old the battery is?
I buy batery last year and I think the batery are good, because when I start up engine the power looks good. Can you explain me, why You thinking that batery can make this problem ?

My '09 battery got to the end of life last summer..... when it was difficult for the alternator to re-charge it, it would surge at idle, up and down from normal idle to ~2K, and back.

Trying to adjust that out with the idle screw, I dropped the mechanical idle setting below 800 or so..... then the surging would happen when the bike was warming up.

When the engine is cold, the ECU uses a much richer default map, the same as a choke or enricher circuit would do. The ECU checks the idle speed and corrects as the engine warms and conditions change.

When I was reading manual I saw that cooling fan must start when temperature go hight then 100C but at mine 2009zx6 just starting when go up 112C and I don't understant why this happining, because after few minutes the temperature go up 116, cooling fan still working but temperature not go down but go hight and turn on H on the panel.

Possible u have air in your coolant system. U should try bleeding it out.

But I am not sure why your fan turns on a little later than its supposed to. The only way to change that is if you get the ECU flashed/reprogrammed.
