Check out all the pics Just finished my 6 pot rebuild cost me under £35 in parts.new seals and new pads and 4 x new banjo copper washers.took 3hrs going steady .well happy with the outcome as the pistons and seals were shot and seized .fluked on a way to extract the pistons and it then took me 20/30 seconds to pop each piston out the caliper .

Are the bolts that hold the caliper cases together torque'd really tight? I have a set I need to rebuild but haven't touched yet and I always figured those bolts would probably give me a headache.

The specified torque on the bolts holding the caliper body together is 25ft-lb (34N-m), so they aren't stupid tight at all.

Good job to OP, fresh braking components are always a good idea.
