Hi, I'm Mat, I come from Poland. I would like to purchase and rebuild it into a Ninja ZX-6R 636 (2019-2020) track bike. Can you tell me if this bike has any engine or transmission issues when used on the racetrack? What should I watch out for?

Welcome! I'm turning a new 2023 into a track bike.
All I can say is that the.engines, etc. are pretty much bulletproof. Newer generation bikes are incredibly reliable, if generally more frustrating to work on.
