I'm here because I recently bought A ZX6R and and it hasn't been running right so I so I started digging into it changing spark plugs you can the air filter which is the original still, I started digging into the Power Commander and what I noticed was they had the wrong mapping for my ZX6R it's or the mapping they had was for a slip on exhaust the mapping that is needed for my motorcycle is a full exhaust what kind of damage do you think was done?

Most of the people who install piggy back fueling equipment err on the side of too much, rather than too little....

Rich is less prone to cause engine damage than too lean.

Of course if you got the bike with a full exhaust system you'd hope the fi had been mapped on a dyno.

Before you spend a lot of time messing with the fi, get the valves set correctly, fix any air leaks, THEN see how it runs.
