The other issue is how loud it is to you. I wear earplugs and its still pretty loud.
One of the reasons why I dislike short exhausts is the sound exits directly under the ear. I've had the long Graves cat-back on my Ninja 400 and the long Hindle cat-back on the Ninja 636 and I have no sound issues with or without a helmet.

Just be aware that certain tracks have limits on noise levels. You get pinged or you won't pass scrutineering then you might regret it. We have a ton of tracks here that now restrict how loud you can run a bike...

Hi everyone.
First, yes, I'm 'one of those guys', and I'm sorry lol.
I'm going in a couple days to pick up a brand new 2021 zx6r krt, and I'm looking to order a number of things, but first, I'm looking at full system exhausts.
As noted above, I like em loud, like really really loud, loud as you can get it. Can't help it, the screaming of an in-line 4 on a sports bike gets my blood flowing. I've been looking at options like, Austin Racing, and others, but I wanted to see what the community had to say. I really like the look of the short exhausts. Ya know, the ones that don't usually bolt to the hole right under the passenger foot peg, but I'll take suggestions for any.

Also, I was gonna just do what I've done in the past and get a power commander, but I'm really interested in having the ECU flashed this time around instead, so any services and products you could recommend for flashing would be greatly appreciated.

lastly, if I decide to get the ECU flashed, do I still need to get a servo buddy?

Thanks!
If you want loud get the toce full exhaust , or akrapovic megaphone exhaust

it’s not as loud as I thought with earplugs but without riding down the street, uhh Okay. I’m not invisible anymore lol. Birds fly and the cows turn to look at me in the rural areas.:ROFLMAO:
I've had a Graves long cat-back on my 400 and it had a removable silencer. Does the short Graves have the removable silencer as well? It certainly looks like the silencer is present in the pic. If removable, have you tried without it?

Here is a pic of the Graves silencer from my system.

Yes I have the insert in I haven’t tried it without yet. It’s at a weird angle kind of hard to get at. I don’t mind it though
It's much easier to remove the silencer if you remove the slip-on first.

Don’t you have like 5 threads to go spam about your Hindle exhaust system? :ROFLMAO: Yes I know that sticker I was in the process of removing totally just ruins the whole bike. I felt like riding rather than work on removing it :p

This thread reminded me to remove the chain sticker. To do the job easily use a hair dryer to heat up the sticker and carefully peel it off. It should come up in one piece. Use wd40 and a rag on left over glue. Took about 5 minutes.
