its basically putting zip ties on the inside of the groove that the throttle cable slides in on the clip on. this makes the diameter of the groove larger, thus giving a more narrow throttle travel. so if before you could turn the throttle by 75 degrees, with this mod it would only turn 45 (numbers are made uo)

you do have to glue with epoxy etc to get them to stay in one place and file and sand and fit and make damn sure they do not have any possible way to come off and in turn make your throttle stick

There are far better ways to do this!!!!!!!!!! zip ties are not the hot ticket!!!

Basically, it lets u get to full throttle without having to turn the throttle as much.
