yep, the dark smoke is very very dark. it passes light, but not a lot. to me it's a pita to look through during the day because of the extreme contrast, and at night you wont be able to see a thing through it.

i'd recommend puig. i've found their quality to be better than my zero grav. i have both brands.

PUIG

 

Puig, MRA or Zero Gravity. Puig has a purple like dark smoke while zero gravity has a brownish dark tint. All quality stuff though.

 

i just bought a hot bodies dark db a few ago. i have a little trouble seeing out of it at night but its night...during the day its like wearing a pair of sun glasses. quite nice. puig is also a good choice. had a zero gravity before my hot bodies. like the HB better. 0 grav. was splitting down the side for some reason.

 

Yeah I have a Dark Smoke DB from Puig - Very nice - you cannot see much through it though.

I got the hot bodies dark smoke..... I dont have to go all the way down to get out of the turbulence or whatever you call it, so I can see over the windscreen at rev limit in 6th gear without problems. You can see through it though.
