I'd fix that frame first...
What's wrong with it?

The frame would be my first mission...even if I had to rattle can it black again, I could deal with the wheels

I feel the opposite I would do the rims and then the frame. I feel the fairings would sort of blend it and you would be coving it up while you rode. (if I rode it)
Ruined it honestly. Put it back to normal black. Screams I have imperfections on the frame trying to cover it it

I'd probably worry about getting an exhaust first and foremost.

That is the worst color I've ever seen :puke

Reminded me of this when I was browsing around the other night. I almost wanted to meet up with the guy just so I could slap him, but Katy is quite a drive.

I was going to say it doesn't look too bad until I noticed the frame color mixed with the wheels. Couldn't really tell from the first picture, but the others were gross! :puke

I get the vibe that he or whoever he bought the bike from is the kinda guy to take the entire exhaust system off and run it that way around town because it "sounds sick"
Forget the haters bro, Girls will dig the "tiffany blue" esq color.
