Tough upshift to 3rd (04 R6)

So I went to work and everything was fine. Left work and had to stop for gas. When I got back on the freeway and tried to shift up into third it stayed in second. I tried again and got it into third. No problems with fourth. I get home and rock it back and forth while shifting and same thing. Tough shift into third. Every other shift, up and down is fine, its just up into third.

It has 32~k mi on it. Any ideas?
