Well sorry it took so long but here's your info. Keep in mind my speedo is calibrated and your stock speedo is off atleast 5.5% more on some.

Interesting enough here is the data tell me if you see the pattern lol

60 Mph = 6k RPM
70 Mph = 7k RPM
80 Mph = 8k RPM
90 Mph = 9k RPM
100 Mph = 10k RPM

BTW This is with a Vortech -1 Sprocket up front only in 6th Gear.

Perhaps I can help. Taking into consideration the OP's stated gearing ratio...

6th gear @ 15Krpm= WHOOOAAAA NELLIE!!!

Yeah that would be one hell of a time trying to pay attention to what your speed and RPM would be at that speed!..

The speedo means nothing to me...but I did some tests using T8 at wsir to gauge rpm in order to get the gearing right for that specific track. -1/+3 is the ticket for an 06 6R at wsir.

WFO...I reach 15Krpm in 6th gear @ ?mph the split second before I initiate the turn. Once I'm in the turn the rpm jumps 800(to 15,800rpm) because of the decreased circumference of the tire(you can actually hear it jump up...pretty cool). Then(pending ideal weather conditions), keep her pinned thru 8...bang 2 gears down...and tip into 9.

Repeat as necessary...:)

So, considering -1/+3 at 15,000rpm...how fast am I going into T8?

Dunno!:laugh

Whatever -1/+3 in 6th gear @ 15Krpms equates to...

Seriously though, I'm not a fast guy at the big track. So far my best official is 28.3 i theeenk....I'll be into the 27's soon, but the fast guys run 22's and the uber fast Toye's and Tigerts and such run under 22 all day long...

Thill is a completely different animal than wsir...totally, utterly, completely...

I've only been to Thill once, and I like that track waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than wsir. Got into the 2:05's by the end of the day as I recall. If I concentrated on that track I think 57's would not be out of the question.:)

Its a linear relationship - we've enough data to know what mph the bike would be going at 20k rpm:laugh

Followed by Yami's public apology for sending bikes to the showroom only capable of hitting 16K...unless you buy the fancy(and, i believe, illegal for on road use) ecu for $500.:laugh

Boy, there sure were a lotta pissed off yami buyers that year....
