Just wondering how to adjust the suspension on my 636 B1H
I keep getting kicked out of the seat on uneven roads, the back end
feel rock hard.

I don't know if I will need a shop to set it up or if I could just copy some
one else's settings by counting the number of turns on the various adjustments.

I am 85Kg

Thanks!

You would be advised to have someone with suspension setup give you a hand. It's well worth the expense and then you know your dialed in.:thumbup

These settings work for me on stock units, I'm 72 kgs so expect they'll work even better for you as rear is STILL slightly too firm for me.

They are a mix of MCN, Superbike and PB settings!

Front Pre-load - Minimum
Front Comp - 10 clicks out from fully in
Front Rebound - 6 clicks out from fully in

Rear Pre-load - 11mm thread showing above adjuster nut
Rear Comp - 3 ½ turns out from fully in
Rear Rebound - 5 ½ turns out from fully in

Tyre pressures - 35psi front, 40 psi rear.

Don't use generic settings, it's 100% the wrong way to do it. 1st up set your sag correctly. Then work the damping from there. If you can't grasp it from the articles, get someone who knows what they're doing set it up for you. Make sure you have all your normal riding gear on (Helmet, gloves, boots, jacket etc) when they / you set the sag.

Here's a start -
