Stii no spark

Do you have any codes? The ECU must be unhappy -- the two things that that jump out at me that make it unhappy to spark while happy to crank are the vehicle-down sensor and the ignition resistor. Have you done anything to your ignition switch? I'm pretty sure you don't have a camshaft sensor, so the crankshaft sensor should be all you need for the ECU to want to spark.

You can bypass the vehicle-down sensor pretty easily -- see this thread: 2019 Starts fine, Dies shortly after | Ninja 400 Riders Forum

Bypassing the ignition resistor is definitely trickier -- do you hear the fuel pump prime for 3 seconds when you turn on the ignition?

(On newer models at least, if the ignition resistor is not present, the fuel pump will not prime when you turn on the ignition. And if the kickstand is down and the bike is in gear, the fuel pump will also not prime -- so be sure those are not the case.)

Your sensor looks a bit different than the one in the thread above, but is wired the same...

You'll remove the sensor and then touch the resistors into the main harness (being careful not to spring the connectors) and measure the voltages.

Then cycle the ignition off and on once it is all stably connected well.

You should measure +5 volts from D (power) to B (ground), and +4 volts from C (signal) to B (ground).

(Note the picture below is from the sensor side -- the main harness where you will connect is mirror image, of course -- and the sensor will no longer be in the picture.
