Hi there i have had my bike for a while now and barley ridden it due to a job change but i am Aiming to get back on it for the summer, I Wanted to ask the question if anyone had altered the Gearing on the 636 for a lower top speed and how many teeth they dropped on the front or put on the back and how much diffrence they noticed???

From what I've heard -1 and +2 is the way to go.:)

It will drop your top speed by about 7-8 mph, but getting on the gas out of the apex watch out the torque will kill other bikes as long as your revs in the turn are around 8-10,000 rpm's.
Have fun- +2 just in the rear is optimum for both top end and speed.
Hope this helps.
