I already have a set of fairings in mind, Im just wondering if there should be a plastic cowl covering the frame that the red arrow is pointing to, along with a fairing that would go over everything. Yep I know about that piece, just wondering if there's anything else underneath. With the 07-08 there are two layers of plastic over the rear frame. it goes frame, plastic cowl, then the outer fairing. So when you take the fairing off, you still can't see the frame. But thanks for the reply, I'm assuming from the information you guys gave that it's just pieces of outer fairing that cover the rear frame. Thanks for your help!That is why he posted a picture. No there is nothing else underneath. The 07-08 has an undertail exhaust and uses some plastics as heatshield, that's why it has more layers back thereYep I know about that piece, just wondering if there's anything else underneath.
