Does anyone here know a reliable moving company that transport bike across the nation? I have about 1 and 1/2 before I gotta at my new place. And i need to transport or ship my bike.

I dont think you will last more than an hour and its about a 14 hour ride. Its freaken cold now too.. 32 degrees

I just did it for shits and giggle to ship my bike from tampa to Los angles.. it was like 600 bucks.... So there is prices on there.. you just have to click around..

ill probably winterize it down there. Depends how cold it gets. If it stays in 40's, then i probably wont. Right now in ny its freaken 25-35 degrees'. And its cold.

I put in using one of there containers.. and also bumped up the weight a bit(becuase the bike still has oil, fork oil etc in it..)

hmm.. im gonna have to call them tomorrow then. Im not moving out of here till the 13-17th. Any where on that time frame. But if its under 500 bucks im down and ill probably end up using them. Just gotta make sure it doesnt freaken snow that day when I probably gotta ride the damn bike 30 mins away from my house. LOL

Looking at there containers.. the one I put in has a tare weight of 1098 LBS.. so I dunno if you have to add that to the shipping weight, or if they only want the weight of the bike.. I would just call them up and talk to them..
