5k max with those miles. Alot depends tho on the condition of the bike. Does it look like it was well cared for? Does he have receipts to back up his maintenance? Does it look like its been down? All these things factor into the value.
It really depends on the condition of the bike and the area, I'd recommend you check out craigslist and around the internet for what they're going for in your area, and compare the condition of this bike to what you can find online, adjust price accordingly.

I have a 2006 636 ninja and the stator, rectifier, and battery have been replaced but when i ride it it just runs off the battery and when i turn it off and try to crank again the battery is dead. Any suggestions on what it could be? I dont know what else to replace or check for! Please help!
