I have done a lot to my bike this winther.. the picture will show all:

The bike I started with was an Red and Black ZX6R 1998.

It was striped all down to 1000 pieces..

Then the engine was taken out

so we have to take of more parts

Remove all bolts and nuts

Put it all inn a box and blow over it with fine glass to remove old paint and dirt

Wash and refresh all old parts:

All roller bearing was fitted wit new one. thiss is the upper-bearing for the stearing:

When all parts was send away for paint I adjust my undertray for better fitting:

Painted parts: Now it was time to rebuilt the cyckle:

New bearings was pressed into the link-arm

New Golden chain and sprocket:

The link monted on the bike:

Started to put the electrics at the right places:

I want to built it to a 2000 mod look, but i dont have the money for that right now.. maybe next winther.. but i also want to build it to a streetfighter.. i dont know yet...

I live in Oslo.. but will soon move to _Fredrikstad.. around 100km south of oslo. I work as an porsche mechanic.. thats why you see allt the lovely car's in the garden

New updates:

The baklink is fitted (again) had to take it of because i dont really understand how its fitted.. its not corect with the book.

I think i Will paint the calippers gold. Any comments?

Pedals for the driver is fitted

Speedo/Tacometer is fitted and the wirings are placed

I have also delivered my wheels for Tyre change.. get them back tommorow i think.. so the bike will soon stay on it own wheels...
