Hey guys I have a quick question that I could not find a definite answer to searching these forums.
I noticed that my damper on my 2009 zx6r has some play to it now. Basically I can move it up and down a good amount.

I did a little searching and could it be I need an o ring to fix this play? Or would I need to go to a dealer to have it fixed.

the damper is supposed to be able to lift up and such. as long as the mounts are all sturdy, should be good.

and to elaborate, the reason it has play is because it's supposed to be able to pivot on the center bolt. if it were to be clamped down snug, it wouldn't be able to pivot.
