Hi, I'm Mat, I come from Poland. I would like to purchase and conversion into a Ninja ZX-6R 636 (2019-2020) trackbike. Can you tell me if this bike has any engine or transmission issues when used on the racetrack? What should I watch out for? Thank you for any information.

I think you'll be fine. It's broke-in and if something hasn't gone wrong, it most likely will not.

The transmission is the weakest point on these bikes. I had to get my dogs under-cut. You'll start to notice inability to shift gears or false neutrals and that will be the dogs. Now that I've gone through the gearbox she is bullet-proof. Seriously the motor - if you do regular oil changes and follow the maintenance schedule will last forever.
