I'm guessing the fault for this one is in your opinion yours, as this didn't start out with 'The so and so cut me off, etc....' Do you have liability coverage, or comprehensive?

The bent forks and broken brake lines are a concern...... obviously the fairing took a beating too.

If you are gtting the bike out of the shop, does that mean the repairs will be completed, as in a new fairing? That's all insurance money, generally. Seems like a really quick turnaroundif that's the case. The shop would almost have to have all the parts on hand, to get it done in that time line.

If you aren't sure you are okay, and have some pain in your leg, you would well served to have a Dr take a look and confirm your health.

Actually in detail I was following 3 other buddies when a white mini-van cut out in front of my friend.
My buddy locked up his tires, and I did all I could manage to do given my amount of time to react (I'd like to think that)

I wouldn't say it was my fault, but I don't like to point fingers so I'm not going to say it was anyone else's.
