Ok I would like a new set of brake lines to replace the stockers. what are your suggestions. I don't go to the track but I would like a stronger brake feel. My brake system is currently all stock but I don't plan to keep it that way, so what are your suggestions?

galfer steel braided lines and pads. If you want to go the cheap route you can get a set of EBC HH pads and just use the rest of your stock stuff.

I'd personally recommend Goodridge braidied hoses with Stainless Steel Banjo's. Used them on my last 4 bikes and LOVE them! real quality in construction and dead simple to fit.
You get what you pay for........

Upgrade of pads - double H sintered pads are a good fast road option.
