New to the site here. Well this is my first bike (05 zx6r) and I've been riding it since i drove it off the show room floor. I must say its my baby. I have done some upgrades, but now im looking into changing out the sprocket. Im looking for a setting that allows for faster acceleration through turns and doesnt take away too much from the top end. Also bringing up the front end in 2nd a little easier, but not too easy. I've been told to go up 2 in the back, and I've also been told just go down 1 in the front. Just seeing if anyone has this done and what they like and dislike about their sprocket change! Thanks

Go with good quality like AFAM sprockets and DiD ERV3 chain.

-1 up front and +2 in the rear is what lots of folks run.

Keep in mund you will need to buy a speedo healer.

I just talked to a kid a rode with over the weekend and he just went up 2 in the rear. He definately recomended the -1 +2. The +2 was good but just not enough. So in light of this were would i find a speedo healer?
