A knock is usually a bad rod bearing, post a video, it could be just a very loose timing chain.

Maybe u got the diesel model

i work with hgv,s too it wont be diesel knock that i do know for sure lol,yeh 36 thou thats a walk around the block for a zx6 lol,mine is on 35 thou,,is it knocking on idle or beginning of picking up of revs
