So I finally have my bike ready to go, I have a 2007 zx6r. New levelers, an oil change, ignitions system and my taillight is working again. I spend the whole weekend fixing my toy.

So I decide to take it for a spin earlier today and everything went great. I end up at the near at a casino, met some riders and play some slots. I lost $40 in the slots but then got some of the money playing roulette. I think I have a way of beating it, who doesn't right?

Well everything went well in the casino, and like I said before, I also met some other riders at the parking lot as well. When I came out of the casino and walk to the parking lot, a few seconds later, the rider I met earlier was also leaving. He rides a beat up 90s katana. We exchange a few words and I got going.

As I am riding the twisties on my way home I feel like the brake tip is missing since I am not able to break the rear tires and my foot slips. Seconds my gear shifter is gone as well. (see picure) So all I have is the piece of metal to to stop and shift gears. Pretty hard to do.

I pull over to a gas station and the rearsets are in fact missing those pieces. Only a Bolt button is all its left. My first reaction was that those guys I met must have stolen my parts. This gets me really pissed since I really though they were nice people. But then a bolt that holds the rubber thingy is still in place about to fall off.

At the end I realized that it was probably all my fault and it was me who neglected to fasten those fu$^n bolts. Otherwise I would have notice the missing bits as I left the parking lot.

I ll just take this as a lesson. I am sorry about my English, not my first language. I hope my bike forgives me, from now on she sleeping in my living room. I am just glad I made it home safe.

On my rear sets I always use red. I think it's recommended to use red locktite actually.

Just get new bolts get some locktite and it shouldn't happen again.
i am have to do that thanks. For now I just went to the Ag Store and improvise. It doesn't look that bad.
