I wont lane split in moving traffic.. too many retahds out there. i will however split up thru stopped traffic at a light to get ahead of them once it hits green

Agreed.

I'm all for legalizing lane splitting if traffic is completely stopped at lights, or during bumper to bumper traffic jam when cagers aren't able to change lanes.
