I have 3 jackets, 3 pants, 5 sets of gloves, 3 balaclava, one pair of boots, one helmet.

I only use 3 of the pair's of gloves, and one of the balaclava. Jackets and pants each cover overlapping temp ranges, so they mix and match through the year.

The boots are steel toed, over the ankle with a zipper side entry. I'm amazed that they remain comfortable from well over 100F, to near freezing.

Same boots always
same helmet always, although I do have a couple
two different jackets, but both are perforated- so it is more really color difference.....one all black (early and late season) and one primarily white with red and black)
4 different pairs of gloves, but nearly always use the same pair (but always have another pair in the tnak bag incase pair A gets wet or god forbid ruined on the ground)
same leather pants always

the only time I really deviate from this is when on track and then it is a one piece race suit but still same boots, gloves, helmet

I replace my helmets about every 4-5 years.......... always buying new closeout helmets @ about 50% normal cost (usually these are already 2-3 year old on the production tag)
gloves typically last me 3-4 seasons
boots about every 10 years
jacket and pants have been replaced due to weight gain rather than being used up sadly........... but last ones were about 10 years old when replaced- that unexpected bike on my back crash in 2015.....

Have two jackets ut one of everything else. A summer jacket that is mesh and a winter jacket. Both are textiles one is Alpinstar and the other RevIt. Pants or First gear and wear from 32 to 102 F, Somewhere I have a pair of winter gloves but not fond of them. Actually have another pair of Alpinstars but they are worn. Looking for a good pair of winter gloves, may get heated but have heated grips which have been good down in the 40s. On long trips I take warm light jackets to wear under the mesh jacket and if real cold with put a FrogTog rain jacket over the top the keep the wind out.
