Hmm well I know some put less in but I stick with the 36 front 42 rear psi

Oil, no gains from using fully synthetic, semi is fine

If you change filter and oil it,s 3.6ltrs and 3,4ltrs if you leave the filter but i always change both at the same time.Every 3.5-4k miles and usually castrol gp1 semi synth.

for my 2000 ZX6 I use 10W-40

For psi I wouldn't know what to tell you. For the owners manual you can find them all online. (I would link but I'm on my office computer).
