OK so I have an 05 636. She has a cleaned K&N, new plugs, oil change, radiator flush with engine ice, PC3, Driven block off plates, Yosh slip on that has been cut 3", new chain, new clutch cable... So as of recently her mpgs have dropped to 90-100. She was running rich a little while ago and I ended up taking zip ties to every connections on the vac lines. That took away the rich smell. I'm just stumped. Any help please.... I have a feeling that I need to do the valves soon. She has around 32k on the clock. Thanks in advance.

So when you say the MPG has dropped, you are saying you can only do 90-100 on a tank of gas, right?

Take the PC3 out of circuit, and see what happens.

I'd have to think that if your vacuum lines are so bad that zip ties make a difference, you have lots of little issues adding up to a bigger problem. Changing one thing at a time, and making log entries so you cna track what actually happens with the results of your experiments will lead to a solution more quickly than just 'stabbing' at it.

is that power commander even tuned? or does it have one of those free maps??
Start with cleaning out your fuel pump....didn't see it mentioned and you'd be surprised at what a difference it will make. I would do that before valves or other "major" type services
Yes there is a map on the PC3. Ill look into the cleaning the fuel pump. Can it done fairly easily with avg mechanical skills? Ok Ill start taking better notes on what changes with each mod. Thanks again.

Get a custom tune, the maps off Dynojet site are garbage and most likely the reason.
