I recently bought an 03 zx6r and one day my running light stopped working and then 2 days later my high beam stopped working and obviously neither of them come on now. I’ve got the bike torn down and can’t find the issue within the wiring. (Before doing this I replaced the fuse and put new bulbs in after they stopped working, just to cover my bases). I’m at a loss. It seems like I should be getting the proper voltage and I’m not sure what to do from here.
idk if it’s worth noting, but the turn signals still work.
“It seems like I should be getting the proper voltage”
What’s that mean? You’re not getting the proper voltage. Or everything looks fine and you haven’t confirmed with a meter. But it “looks” like you should? I’d start with confirming voltage at the bulb. Then work backwards till you don’t have any.

Everything is sitting at 12.5 volts but I can’t find the ground wire. All of them have voltage. (I also know absolutely nothing about wiring) sorry for the confusion. I’m assuming since I can’t find the ground wire because they all have voltage that there’s a shirt somewhere in the wiring. But I can’t find it for the life of me
You may have a heat related issue, where metal expanding is breaking the circuit. Look closely at the green wire ground connections to the frame, and anything on the ground side of the circuit that is near a heat source. Take each of those connections apart, and clean any corrosion off of them, treat with dielectric grease and remount.
Are they halogen bulbs or have they been upgraded to HID?
