Anybody on this forum have a membership with these guys? I only live an hour away from them and happen to have all those motorcycle days off. I just wanna see what people think of this track and the staff that work there

H2R Motorcycle Track Days

Oh wow, I've never heard of this track. Looks pretty sweet! Membership doesn't look to be too bad either. MSR just raised their rates and is almost double the monthly dues as this track.
I have never been there, but Keith Hertell who runs Road and Track Cycles here in San Antonio speaks very highly of the track. Seems to be a pretty good deal as long as the motorcycle days don't interfere with your work schedule.

I just heard of it as well. I am fortunate to have a job where I get every Saturday though Monday off. Ill be able to take full advantage of their membership should I choose to get it. I even read somewhere that they have a deal with MSRH and MSRC where we can ride at the member day at those tracks for a small fee.
They also said that if the motorcycle membership grows then they will make more designate more days to the riders.
Sounds like a pretty good deal! If I didn't just get back into dirt, I'd be interested.
Yeah ill probably give it a go starting next year. Hopefully ill ride it before then.
I'm testing/tuning my 636 out there for the first time. I've heard some corner spots and the back strait are a bit rough but not too bad, for $150 a day and 20 mins away I'm not worried. I'll chime in later with my personal review.
Never been but I'd like to. I've always heard it's a pretty neat track.

I'll be riding CotA this weekend though :)

Please do. I really want to get the membership because I think its worth it, but I wanna make sure its a good track first.

Rubbing it in would be they're paying me to be there :)

I hate you all....so very much. When you put your knee puck on the ground, I want you to remember me and how much I hate you.

How often does CotA host motorcycle trackdays. How much does it cost?
I'm a member there. I highly recommend you check it out. The people running the place are great people. The track is pretty smooth for the most part besides a couple sections. I love the San Marcos(Texas hill country) area as well. So i enjoy it for sure. It's a nice spot. And the memebership fees and initial sign up were a fraction of the cost of other clubs. And the don't do any of the $20 session fees that MSR does...I like to ride a lot so it saved lots of cash without having to pay session fees

Ridesmart.info

They have some track days there coming up. It usually cost more than most track days because it's a legit moto gp type track.. I think it's like $400 thru ridesmart. A little too much IMO

What about when we put our elbow pucks on the ground?

:D

The organization I work for is hosting 5 weekends (10 total days) at CotA this year, starting next weekend and going periodically throughout the year. The cost is still super high though, at $485/day.

My neighbor runs a 12 Cayman R out there pretty often. I'll ask him about the track to see what he thinks about running a bike on it.
