I run mine between 4 and 5 for every day riding, on the track it goes up around 6, maybe 7 if I'm having a good day!

If you need to dial a gpr any higher than 4 to feel comfy...your geometry needs some work.

yeah well, I have the gpr and I run a lot of track day's at summit point WV and that's by far the bumpiest track I've ever been on, between 6 and 7 on the gpr and the bumps don't upset the bike as much but it also depends on what kind of day I'm having. On the street I just set it and go, I've never used it anything beyond 4-5 and it feels perfect.

Between 3 and 4 here... lately I've been entertaining the thought of kicking it up a notch though. When i first got it I had to get used to it so I barely set it at all.
