Gear swap

So I know most motorcycle riders have extra gear that just sits around collecting dust so I'm putting together a gear swap at a local diner type place that has bike nights with reasonable good turn outs. Has anyone ever heard of anywhere that has something like this? I want it to be like a flea market type of function for gear...bring old gear and price it as you wish. I know a lot of shops have clearance sales but you usually can't haggle price but here you can haggle and I'm sure most people just wanting to get rid of old stuff will come to terms on a price. I'm thinking about doing it in the spring since most ppl get new gear over the winter and holidays. And ideas or insight on something like this?
