Just wondering what you guys average fuel consumption is.

I calculated mine to about 10 miles/ litter or close on 40 miles/ gallon

Yeah, in city driving I get about 10 miles per litre too. That equates to about 40 mpg. Not bad at all.

Average for me is around 35 mpg +/- 3mpg or more depending on how I am riding at the time. Hitting the twisties can chew up the mpg depending on how hard I am hitting them and wringing out the throttle.

Mix of motorway and city riding, I get 46mpg most times. Having said that, most of my riding is work commute and I don't often get above 10,000rpm.

I guess we out here in the Uk generally show higher mpg because the US gallon is about 0.8 of a UK gallon. That then works out to about 36mpg US gallon.
