I strapped the bike down 2 weeks ago after the track and I noticed it the bike like got stuck then in like 2-3 seconds it popped back up.

Also under hard braking on the street the nose will dive and then once i stop, 1 second later it will pop up.

Any tips on what this could be?

Sounds like you may have strapped em down to low/hard.
Id disassemble them.
Have you noticed any leaks?

i strap mine into the van until it bottoms out, it was in there for a week once but still came up to normal level ok. its the spring that takes it back up unless something is bent or there is some serious crud in there.
as said, take them apart and inspect everything.

either bent or out of line from each other
do a strip and put new oil in them maybe seals to

They only have about 500 miles on them got off a crashed bike at 58 miles, the forks couldn't of been damaged by the nature of the accident.

Was thinking low on oil? NAh....maybe call a dealer service and ask. Quite perplexing....

I had a set of mx forks that stuck all the way down before after a jump. The suspension guy said he went to take them apart and the spring shot 50ft across the shop...hahaha

one thing you can try before you take them off and apart is to loosen the fork clamps and axle nut so everything loose, then tighten them up again. Clamps first after making sure the tubes are at the same height, then the lower clamp, then the axle. doing this may release some binding that may be causeing this. I had a spill one time that made my suspension act funny and it was because the forks slightly shifted in the clamps.

also check that the outter tubes are not catching the inner tubes. has happened to me but not on the bike thank god i noticed before i installed them. my .02 is to take them off and disassemble you might have compressed it so low that its catching onto one of the internals when its being compressed

Play with your rebound adjustment. Hardest to softest, then back to normal settings. Push down and let the forks return to normal each time. See what the forks act like after that. May not help at all, but worth a try.
