So I've had my '02 zx6r for about two years and recently it has developed a rattle right off the line. I looked through some dead threads on it and they were all inconclusive. I'm going to try a simple clutch adjustment (only thing I've not messed with lately). Everything else is solid. Good after the rattles and through the other gears. Everything is tight to specs. Any ideas?
First gear rattle?!

could be some clutch chatter .
I have an 08 zx-6r and I recently noticed it does the same exact thing.. Only right off the line in first gear. I also noticed it doesn't "chatter" when i rev it up and then take off so idk if maybe the 1st gear doesn't catch right away or what??? but if u figure it out i would love to hear about it
