So this douche bag worked on my bike and apparently messed with my throttle cable position, now like every two weeks i'm adjusting the throttle cables cause they get stuck in one position or another while i'm riding, very dangerous. Does this mean I need a NEW throttle cable? do throttle cables go out like clutch cables do? Is the constant adjusting a sign that a new cable is needed? i drive a 2005 zx6r with 25k miles on it. thanks!

Yes, you do have to replace them. I'd try lubing them first though. Sounds like they're not freely moving in the sleeves. You should also check to see it the lines are crimped anywhere, or have any damage.
