So I've been doing some research on Demon Eyes/HIDS as well as Steering Dampers. Was wondering if anyone have used these:

If so what are your opionions? Anything better in quality/price? I really appreciate this guys. Plan to do all my work on the 2005 ZX 636 in the winter since I don't ride as much. Nearly froze my hands off riding in 17 degree weather today simply because I was dying to ride again haha

Can't help with the projectors but I'd be a little speculative about a steering stabilizer that is no name. Just me

No personal experience with either, but I would love to hear some reviews on that steering damper.

It looks like a nice piece, and the price is awesome, but that is one part I wouldnt go cheap on unless I had some positive feedback from other users.

I'm leery about a no name stabalizer. Yeah it's cheap, but keep in mind... You always get what you pay for.

Personally I would never buy a off brand steering damper. I'd go with a big name company. Better safe than sorry when it comes to safety items.

The halos a lot of people seem to get off ebay with no problems just a little work fitting them.

Thinking more into this, I think I would rather spend $150-200 on a used GPR unit, and then send it out to the company for new seals and a refresh which is around $50 plus shipping.

Then you have a top of the line $450+ damper for $200-250 total.

Could just be a rod going straight through with some cottonballs around it.

GPR or Ohlins that's it. Plus, I'd get them re-valved from a professional. Don't skimp on parts that are designed for safety and not just looks. You can go to Radioshack to get some LEDs to put behind your projectors. Not so much for a device designed to dampen steering shakes.
