Search for 'Full Exhaust'. Pretty sure Akrapovic, Hindle, and maybe M4 made full exhausts for that bike. They may sell you headers alone - I think Woodcraft/Hindle is willing, but it'll come down to 'is it in stock', I think.

If all else fails, find a header that mates to the head properly, and have an exhaust shop bend pipe between the end of the header and the entry to your underseat muffler…

I dont think that’ll work. That damn catalytic is some tough śhit. I was using a rotary jackhammer and even that was getting stuck.
It For sure works. I have done dozens. Just did one few days ago. Takes like 15 minutes. You need a longe arbor These have a two stage honey comb. First one is slightly easier. Second one is just a tad deeper than a whole saw so you drill as deep as you can just take a chisel and hammer and get the bits out of your way and drill that last 3/4” out. that parts the closest to the motor so if the bikes been ridden a bit it’s usually been heated so much it breaks off pretty easy. I have done several brand new ones tho and it’s still not to bad

Back in the day I have tried the chisel. Air hammer. All the “manual beating” tricks lol. Hole saw makes easy work of it.

If you don’t have a hole saw and attempt to do the chisel method. Take any drill bit. Bigger the better and drill as many holes as you can as deep as you can. Then just chisel out the chunks. A hole saw just makes it so much cleaner and easier. But not not like you can ever see it when your done lol
