well i am turning my 2006 kawi 636 into my track baby( i retired from the street after my first track day in feb), first off i know i spend alot of money and (yes i own the bike the title is in the mail, alot of ppl say o u better own it before you mod it out), i could have got a new bike :confused maybe a zx10
but i did it any ways, hopefully all the money is worth it i will see on july 28 and 29 at jennings
first off this is the ruff copy my real pics will be added when the bike comes out the shop and stuff
lets start up front, with the brakes.
i did the brakelines first it was like 20 percent better and also about 30 percent better after a good bleed
i know the superbike lines or better than the regular steelines(long story)
then came the brembo master all i can say it it makes a huge difference on the track and the street like 40% difference
will put on hh pads and give a reveiw one i use them for now the stock ones work but the fade a bit after a few real hard stops
the rear was a waste of money only becuase i am not fast enoungh to make real use of it on the track with out locking up the back tire
a damper is a must for the street and the track it give you convidence because you dont have to worry about tank slaps and other things
pazzo levers are really great but the shorties to ME didnt feel right to me so i had to sell them and get a long one
then the power i had a akra slip on and then i got a full the difference is huge but for a street bike i would put a slip on a PCIII
then the PCIII and the Igination and the quickshifter. the PCIII really makes the throttle so much smoother and the quickshifter is great. i raced my friend with it and everytime i shifted i got 1 or 2 bike lengths ever time its great, also gp style is a dream to me I will not do regular way every again
