Bike starts sputtering at 50mph

Hi looking for some help with an 2001 600R, the bike starts sputtering and looses power at around 50mph, i changed the plugs and cleaned up the injectors and its still doing the same thing, what should i check or change next any help or advice is welcomed...Thanks
