True that, I think it's Kawasaki's best chance since 93' with Scott Russell. Saying this though, I think Checa is going to be one to watch on that Panigale, Whenever Ducati have debuted a new model in racing in WSBK, it's won the title :O
Not a chance. Checa and the panigale are going to suck it up.

Checa has not been happy with the Panigale... shoudl be a good season... hoping Melandri can put it all together and stay on 2 wheels and win the title, and PULLING for the CHAZ! (Chaz Davies)

I just thought of something....

what if Marquez was to win the GP championship before Pedrosa, where would that put Pedrosa??

Find a rider to root for... Look up their interviews on YT. It's much more exciting when you're invested in a rider or two or three.
Better yet, if you have the opportunity to attend a race. Being at the track and actually FEELING the bikes as they go by will make you a race fan for the rest of your life.

Would put Pedrosa in the pointless development and investment bin.

ouch that's harsh... it's not like he a bad racer... he just can't finish it out on top... he ends up with some sort of bad luck

Pedrobot is already on thin ice with Nakamoto'san. Even if Marky doesn't win the tittle and Pedrosa finish behind him in points, he'll get the boot.

It would though in Honda's eyes. The only reason why Pedrosa is still there is because Repsol want a Spanish rider for their product, now with Marquez' arrival, if he starts doing better than Pedrosa, I don't Honda would think twice to replace him.

Totally 2nd this. I have been lucky enough to see the 500cc strokers, 800s and the 1000s here in England over the past few years, and they are all amazing.
This year a mate and me are riding to Assen to see them in action.
Gonna be awesome.
