Where do I begin got this bike it's cold here and routinely flushed all old coolant preparing for the warm season, doing this in the garage that is all but snowing today and was bored.

Now after disconnecting reservoir, opening radiator valve, removing bolt near clutch pedal, and the one higher up near manifold the secondary drain plug has snapped leaving the threaded fastener secured.

I started the bike up and let it run at temperature and there are droplets of engine ice at the other coolant drain escape.

Recommendations because I can flush the machine using the main.

OP, if you’re talking about the drain on the coolant pump body, I would suggest taking it apart before trying to remove the broken off part of the bolt. Take it to a machine shop rather than futz with it yourself.

Since you are asking for recommendations, you realize you are basically stuck with using engine ice going forwards, right?

Brought my zx6r to the shop and they were able to remove the broken bolt and thread a new one near the higher up exit on the coolant pump only some engine ice was lost in the process and just cost a sheckle overall completed same afternoon
