2006 ZX6r idles fine but runs rough?

So I bought a 2006 zx6r recently for a steal. Everything works fine on it except for when I put the bike in gear and start moving the engine sounds shaky. I got it straight piped and with no power commander or anything. I thought that might be the issues but it idles just fine and can be revved at all RPMs without a hitch. Has anybody else had this issue or know what it is?

Post a video. Do you mean shaker as in it sounds like an engine mount is loose, or the engine itself is "shakey"

When's the last time a valve adjustment was done?

Camshaft position sensor maybe?

Basically, take it in to an expert get it looked at.
